Photo: ANC on ABS-CBNNews.com After the near-win of her beauty queen girlfriend Janine Tugonon in the recently concluded Miss Universe pageant,  Jaypee Santos finally hit back on those who put negativity on their relationship saying he is not insecure because God is with him. "Never akong na-insecure. Back up ko si God eh. Paniniwala ko kasi, siya as a good Christian, alam ko na hindi niya gagawin yung mga bagay na ikasisira ng relasyon namin,"  "Pati ako nadamay. Hindi ko nga rin alam eh. Masaya ako para sa kanya dahil ayan na nakamit na niya 'yung gusto niya pero nahihiya ako kasi pati ako nadadamay [sa limelight]. Hindi naman kasi talaga ako sanay. Hindi ko naman na-imagine na makikita ako sa TV," Jaypee further said referring to his newfound popularity. Meanwhile, Janine said Jaypee is the very reason why she is what she is right now. "We should be thankful din na he's there for me, because he really helped me a lot, simula pagpapapayat, hanggang dulo. He's really a great supporter. There was a time really that I wanted to give up, I really wanted to say, 'Ayoko na.' He was the one who really helped me," the Miss Universe 2012 First Runner-up said.
