Miss Universe 2012: Kosovo Wins Miss Photogenic Award Dec 16th 2012, 05:56 Diana Avdiu of Kosovo was chosen by the Miss Universe Organization as this year’s Miss Photogenic. The Miss Photogenic Award has no bearing in the judges’ scoring system in selecting the semifinalists. However, it may signify that the 19-year-old Avdiu is under the radar and there’s a high possibility that she will make it in the Top 16. Other photogenic contestants, in my opinion, are Mexico, South Africa, Georgia, Puerto Rico and Croatia.
