The best Filipino artists will converge at the biggest OPM concert of 2013 via ABS-CBN's "Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs" finals night on February 24 (Sunday) at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Twelve of the country's finest performers will be interpreting the 12 new songs in this grand musical showcase. The Kapamilya artists who will be performing live are Yeng Constantino for the song "Alaala", Aiza Seguerra for "Anong Nangyari Sa Ating Dalawa", Toni Gonzaga for "Kahit Na", Daniel Padilla for "Nasa Iyo Na Ang Lahat", Angeline Quinto for "One Day", Bugoy Drilon for "Puwede Bang Ako Na Lang Ulit", Jovit Baldivino for "Sana'y Magbalik", KZ Tandingan for "Scared To Death", Erik Santos for "This Song Is For You", and Juris Fernandez for "Hanggang Wakas". Two young songwriter-finalists will be the interpreters of their own compositions– Marion Aunor will sing her song "If You Ever Change Your Mind" and Wynn Andrada will perform his creation, "Tamang Panahon."
Special guests include Bamboo, Zia Quizon, Abra, Young JV, past Himig Handog interpreters Bituin Escalante, Anna Fegi and Mr. Martin Nievera. Himig Handog P-pop Love Songs will be hosted by Xian Lim, Matteo Guidicelli, Megan Young and Kim Chiu. The event will be executed under the direction of Mr. Johnny Manahan, with musical director Gerard Salonga together with the ABS CBN Philharmonic Orchestra.
