Imelda Parreño was forced to give up her five children to her ex-husband Francisco, who she has not seen in a year, and his mistress because she could no longer provide for them. However, Imelda shortly found out that instead of taking care of them, Francisco and his mistress were maltreating the kids. Imelda had endured years of emotional torture from Francisco's philandering ways, but this one she could not put up with any longer.
