'The Carrie Diaries' – Trailer Jan 18th 2013, 16:01 “The Carrie Diaries” is an upcoming TV series on the CW based from the book series written by Candace Bushnell. It will also serve as the prequel to the HBO hit comedy “Sex and the City.” “The Carrie Diaries” follows the life of Carrie Bradshaw during her senior year of high school (early 1980s) and part of her life in New York working as a writer. It stars AnnaSophia Robb as the young Carrie Bradshaw. Other cast-members include Freema Agyeman, Chloe Bridges, Austin Butler, Matt Letscher, Stefania Owen, Ellen Wong, Brendan Dooling and Katie Findlay. Catch the Philippine premiere of this new series on Saturday, January 17 (7:00pm), with no commercial break on ETC. Watch the trailer here:
