Richard Gutierrez tackles the most daring role of his career in the upcoming erotic-thriller from Regal Films, “Seduction.”
“Seduction” is a film by Peque Gallaga, the director of the controversial erotic movie in the 80s, “Scorpio Nights.”
In the movie, Richard plays the role of an a**-hole firefighter who will be torn between his girlfriend, to be portrayed by his real life girlfriend Sarah Lahbati, and the rich girl he rescued from a fire to be played by Solenn Heussaff. Just like Richard, this is also the most-challenging movie for both Solenn and Sarah who both have a number of love scenes with the Kapuso actor.
In an interview by StarTalk TX, Richard admitted he was not comfortable in shooting the film but clarified that he’s up for the challenge.
“Nung tinanggap ko yung project alam ko na macha-challenge ako, alam ko na its gonna require a lot from me. It was my first time also so may kaba, may excitement. Hindi ako comportable but i was willing. I approached direk Peque and I said Direk Peque I’m ready. Sabi ko I’m gonna trust you, I’m gonna approach you when I’m ready so I came in, you know, I came in prepared,” he said.
