Former Nickelodeon star Ryan Rottman plays the role of Jordon Lyle, a mysterious new character in the second season of the ABC Family Series “The Lying Game” which airs on ETC every Tuesday night at 9:00pm.
The 28-year-old actor is best known for his role as Joey Colvin on the TeenNick series “Gigantic.” He appeared in other TV series like “Viva Laughlin,” “Greek,” “90210,” and “Victorious” and films like “The Stunt Man” and “The Open Road.”
Rottman is the newest character being introduced on the second season of “The Lying Game.” He’s not just an additional eye-candy for the show as he has an important role that will add mystery and romance
to the hit series. He plays Rebecca’s (Charisma Carpenter) former step-son from her marriage in Los Angeles. During his first night in town, he hooks up with Mads (Alice Greczyn). He has also gained interest in Laurel (Allie Gonino) and has become good friends with Ethan (Blair Redford). He currently attends Arroyo High.
If you’re still unfamiliar with “The Lying Game,” here’s the show’s gist from ETC:
The Lying Game follows Emma, a kind-hearted foster kid who can’t catch a break. She finds out she has an identical twin sister, Sutton, who — unlike Emma — was adopted by wealthy parents and is seemingly living an ideal life. After their initial meeting, Sutton talks Emma into stepping into her life for a few days while she pursues a lead on their birth mother. Initially excited to do this favor for her sister, Emma soon learns that Sutton has gone missing and could be in trouble. Now, Emma must decide whether to come clean to Sutton’s family and risk her own safety in the hope of uncovering her twin sister’s true whereabouts, along with the truth about why they were separated in the first place.
Now on its second season, “The Lying Game” airs on ETC every Tuesday night at 9:00pm.
I highly recommend this TV series. It’s way better than “Pretty Little Liars.”
And speaking of Rottman, the actor posted the following photo on his Tumblr account: Watching the Lakers game with buddies Zac Efron, and “The Vampire Diaries”‘ Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder:
