Taran Noah Smith DUI Charge Verdict Released Dec 5th 2012, 06:10 Taran Noah Smith DUI Charge Verdict Released Former Home Improvement star Taran Noah Smith pleads guilty to possession of drug called cannabis (marijuana) after he was caught driving under the influence (DUI) in February. On Tuesday, the 28-year-old actor pleaded guilty to the drug possession charge and to a DUI charge and was sentenced to a 12-hour program for the DUI offence and ordered to take a six-month drug diversion program. He was also placed on three years probation.
